Hey guys, I haven't been on here since the first page. But I got my xj driveable. The extended brake lines are on and bled, lift finished and new wheels and tires are on. I just need to get aligned and inspected but thats gonna have to happen with the stock tires on. I just couldn't resist putting them on with all this snow. I've been having a blast - probably too much fun! Here's some pics, crappy iphone pics but pics none the less.
Once I get my fenders trimmed and the bushwackers I bought on there I'll be ready to join up and do some real wheeling. Till then . . . see you around.

Thanks man! I wasn't a big fan of the color at first but it's growing on me. When I first started shoping I was looking for blue, black, or olive green. I ended up with this, now everyone's making fun of me because my gti is silver and the wifes jetta is also. I keep telling them it's not silver!

Im just outside of AC in Galloway Twp./ Absecon area. I'm stoked. There are a couple of other things I want to do also. I need to put on a drop pitman arm (steering wheel is at 90 deg), and I'd like to get some new tierod ends. I think I might have something going on with the front driveshaft or u-joints or something. I'm not getting crazy death woble but when I'm turned to lock at low speed it feels like it's pushing and hopping. I hoping an alignment will help, I just need to get'r done! The weather isn't helping though, even if it's a lot of fun to play in!

I had ton's of problems with death wobble after I lifted my XJ.... Alignment fixed it all!!!! I wouldn't be suprised if a proper alignment didn't fix the problem your having

Sooooooo want to "borrow" your Jeep. It looks just like how I want mine to look. Weird though, I work in Cherry Hill which is like right near you and I have yet to see yours yet. I will keep my eye out.

I wanted to fly through the snow so bad last week but not lifted yet, would have gotten stuck super quick
