Don't worry, this one's not going anywhere. Converting from a 2wd to 4wd, 8.8 rear, hp30 front, SOA, etc. I have a whole 97+ front end for it plus a 98 interior, should be sweet when its done

Already have a 4.0/aw4/231 lined up for it, this will be a trail rig but I'm going to do everything I can to keep it street legal.

You gotta let me know how the 98 interior swap goes. I'm in the process of doing the exact same thing to the 89 cherokee I just got.

Hoping it goes well, the interior is stripped completely bare so everything including wiring will be swapped. I'm thinking about doing the 98 steering column too

That would look so sweet, and the newer front end. Be pretty awesome!
I gotta figure out how to fab up the newer seats to the 89

That'll actually be the only thing I won't swap, it came with a decent set of Comanche bucket seats. I'm not sure on the steering column swap yet either, it may be huge pain, but we'll see.
