Hey anyone who work as inspector in pa, I deleted the rear sway bar, will it still pass?

It's a technicality....kind of...but I say Yes, rear sway bar was an option on older cherokees, can't really tell a difference driving with or without it.. I doubt anyone will even notice it's missing, just don't say anything about it to the mechanic.

Idk what he wants for his, would have to ask, 20 for mine? Bar and brackets/bushings no links, located in etters pa (between York/Harrisburg)
