Also considered it may be the ignition considering I key on and off usually 3 or 4 times to prime the fuel before starting but all the dash lights go off and I hear the relay when I turn the key to start position

 

Chk fuel pump could be that? Any problems while ur driving?

 

I'm pretty sure the check valve is bad hence why I key it several times before cranking but when I turn the key I hear the pump and the relay click but no cranking... could be a bad relay or ground but I'm leaning more tword the starter being bad... I'll pull it out and have it tested its easy to remove... starters usually are

 

Check the ground on the starter first. They like to corrode or get loose.

Just pulled a wheel to clean and prep for painting.as so as it dries the fun goes away and it starts to rain. Where the hell is summer.

Got a new header panel and mirrors for my 97+ front end conversion today

 

Just have some high heat BBQ grill black rustoleum paint. Going to prime them then paint two coats. Not sure if I will use matte clear or not on them yet.

 

Early 3rd shift check in.... getting some OT.... update on the starter... she wouldn't start earlier so I jumped it with my power probe and it cranked right over.... gonna check the relay and wiring and such tmro am when I get home... any other advice? I think I hear the relay clicking but it could be one other then the starter relay... not sure

 

U think its has something to do with ur battery if u jumped it and it turned right over I would think it had to do with the battery
