So if my Jeeps bearly shifting does that mean my trannys junk or does the filter need changed or maybe it needs fluid.

Make sure the TCU is plugged in properly. Also check the two plugs that are next to the trans and make sure theyre pluged in. Check the fluid also. If smells burnt then there maybe something wrong on the inside.

Also check the throttle position sensor, when mine went out my tranny went crazy

Forgot about that. Same thing happened when I blew mine. I couldnt go faster than 50mph and it shifted crazy.
