So I got pulled over yesterday for tires sticking out he told me specifically that I needed fender flares to be legal and the fender flares cannot be more than 3". I have ten days to comply and need 3.5" fender flares up front. Have any of you guys had this issue?

Not really much so far, the jeep has been sitting on jack stands for a while and ive been getting parts together to put it all back together. Its a list of stuff i got, iro double sheer track bar, iro adjustable uppers and lowers, spartan locked 30, 29 spline 8.25 as a temp until my d44 is done, stainless brake lines, re 3 inch coils, zone 3 inch leaf packs, bds .75 inch shackles, hd offroad relocation brackets, 33x12.50s on cragar v5 wheels, brown dog motor mounts, im sure im forgetting stuff. They are calling for great weather this weekend so ill be sure to post progress pics

Get 2 sets of rear tj flares, then cut them to fit. They are right about 3 inches, its what ill be doing to cover 33s. They shouldnt complain about that .5 inches

Yea friend with a zj all he did went to Home Depot got that black plastic strip that u would use for gardening cut it down to size and screwed it in to the wheel well. Kinda looks like the new flat style bushwackers flares

I hear dat been put pieces away since nov. Just put it on stands yesterday starting it 730am. Got IRO's 6.5 long arm and the Over the knuckle steer cragar rims with 33 x 12.5 r 15 mud terrains powder coated all the lift parts red

thanks brett. good luck with your situation. that is a weird one, did she hurt her upper or lower leg? if lower, sometimes a torn acl or meniscus can give you pain down your whole leg. good luck. and always helps the doc with details as far as what she was doing when she got hurt.
