check out google pics you will find some sweet ones.
ive seen cherokees turned into some sweet trucks you might like.
cool enough i thought about it.

actually theres a comanche for sale here thats lifted 8 inchs but it was lifted by a tard and its just springs. so bad they put a d35 on 38's with 3.07s and a d30 up front with 3.55s and wondered why they blew the front driveshaft out.
im just amazed thats all that happened.

not to mention its short armed with stock steering stuff

i found a place for cheap 4.8s btw if your interested. im gonna go pick one up here probley next week for $300 with 40k miles on it.
i plan to cam it, tune it and possible head swap so i can be a little over 300hp and 350ish tq. figure in a jeep that weighs 3200 lbs loaded it should be fun.

i gave up on the 5.3s since they carry about $300 more on the price. the only difference in the 4.8 and 5.3s is the stroke in the crank.

only thing i gotta do now is get accessories, wiring harness and trans. i wanna go 4l60e but i might go manual since the 4.8s came manual i might find a package deal

yeah i was also but its only 100 lbs plus the price and finding one are the reasons i said o well.

i recommend checking car-parts.com they list junkyards in a certain distance you pick from you that have the part your looking for.
granted not all junkyards use the site but they have a lot of results.

im gonna be getting my 4.8 down near york/gettysburg area near where i used to live.
for $300 i might grab 2 of them so i can build one up over time. or for bragging rights saying i got 2 LSx motors haha.

im still looking to source a cheap radiator that will work for this swap. i refuse to spend 6-8 hundred on a rad.

and ive been doing my homework but i havent got the answer im looking for.. is there any other way to get my 231 transfer case to work or will i need to buy the one from here... http://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/kit_4l61.htm
$631 for the adapter is a bit much.
i had to talk myself into their motor mounts for over $200

i am willing to use a different transfer case if i can get it to work to accept my driveshafts. or hell might even be willing to use different driveshafts and all.

Back in the late 90's when we ordered them at the dealership, we never ordered the 2drs, they sat on the lot for a long time when we did get one. Demand back then was low. That's why they're wanted now. And why the replacement liberty was only a 4dr.
