I highly highly recommend researching.... And don't believe the **** you read online "you can make 100k a year!". It's always over inflated.... BUT, I highly recommend she looks into working for WellSpan if she does decide to do it... My wife works for them, health insurance is amazing, and they have good benefits. My service advisors wife does ultrasound for WellSpan as well. Other thing to keep in mind, is if she wants to start at the bottom, get a job at WellSpan as an entry level something or other that doesn't require schooling, and they pay (I think) 70%of your schooling if you go while you're an employee...

Agreed. My wife is an RN and she's thinking about getting a job at another place that pays for schooling. She wants to go for a BA and possibly masters.

The cost for those degrees is unreal...why should people have to go so far into debt just to attain a cert? Its total bs, and PA has the most expensive post grad edu costs in the nation:/

Yes, she is interested in wellspan. As far as the cost of school, her grandfather is a millionaire and has large quantities of money set aside for his grand children’s education.

Trade school was a good option for me. I had very little debt after college. Payed it off within 5 years making minimum payments.
