I have a certain design I'm going for on the flares. Maybe I can show you some concepts of what I'm thinking. Thanks for the explaination on linking mountain biking and off-roading. I won't be the guy to push my jeep to limits, I would go to Rausch to have fun and hang out.

Ayyyoo, those are ****! The look I'm going for is something along the lines of Hooligans or Rustys fenders. I really like the look of the flares that have attached armor that covers the whole quarter panel. Jake turned me on to them. I always gave them a passing glance, until he shot me a link to hooligans. I could never settle on plastic fender, be it Bushwhacker or Napier. I read a few forums entries about hooligans fit and finish issues. Although, they are a few years old.

fox, did your jeep used to have some kind of weird tailpipe/exhause thing? Its been a long time...
gotcha. What about just buying fender plate armor and welding to that?

Exhaust stack out the bed,yea....it was there for a reason though....didn't wanna poison the fishies while crossing the river onto islands.
