I've got a 2000 Cherokee XJ with a cracked head. I drove it from my home in Ohio out to Maine where I started noticing significant coolant loss and have visually confirmed there is a crack in the head by looking into the oil filler cap. I don't want to drive 12 hours back to Ohio before fixing this issue.

I'm parked now at a relative's house in Portland, Maine but don't have the tools with me to to swap a new head on myself. Can anyone recommend local shops or even a decent backyard mechanic who could handle a head replacement at a fair price?
