Morning guys....
Alright, about this little get together, I'll have to check with the wif but I should be able to make it. Don't know about the rock pile though, have to drive an hour and a half home afterwards, unless I can find an overnight babysitter.

The rocks are by no means mandatory.

Sorry to hear about your Uncle Sam problems Kevin, but like everyone said the next one will be DW free and on a better note.... pics from the weekend, I ran connected in the front the whole day and aside from 2 small and 1 rather large incident I ran in 2 wheel all day. Trails we were taking were moderate for the jeep... I was following my buddy on his dirtbike... I am still working on my video footage. Taped just over 3 hours with my GoPro Name: DSC_5674_DxO.jpg

Yeah I would've guessed that, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to do them and I know my jeep is probably capable of doing so, but I don't want to risk breaking anything if I have to kids with me.

Looks like you had fun. You should think about some wider m/t's to stick out a little past the bushwackers. Low and wide, always loved that look.

Holy crap it's quiet in here today. DST screw everyone up or something? Quick question.... still looking for a new header and it seems that very few companies make one for the 2000+ y-pipe style OEM header. Now, can I use a <1999 header or suppose resort to a 2000+ TJ header? I know the 4.0 were the same between the XJ's and the TJ's, but did they use the same O2 sensors, hangers, etc?

yeah my buddy keeps giving me crap about how small the tires look. they are 31x10.5 on 15x8s, I dont want to rub when turning so I am not sure how wide I could go plus I dont really want to have to buy wider wheels so I think the widest I could run on these wheels are 12s but I would have to measure unless someone knows off the top of their head... Yeah I had a blast, high centered once but with a little running start cleared it, had to reroute our course once due to the jeep not fitting and I did get pretty stuck in a mud hole I slid into luckily a stock cherokee came along and was kind enough to tug me out *and share a budweiser and cherry vodka* lol

Well, you can easily run 12.50's on your 8 inch rims, and you won't rub during turning if your backspace on your rims is deep enough.

Everything I found when I was researching says you're screwed. I was about to do a full exhaust replacement on mine, and the '00-'01 guys are stuck buying one of those $450+ headers.

at a glance they are 3.75 or 4 BS, ill have to measure when I get off work. I bought the rig with these wheels and tires on it so I have no idea what the wheels are. There aren't any spacers on it so I assume its close to stock BS.

If those are real Cragars, I think they run 3.75. I may be wrong cause I'm already drinking..
Anyway, you should be able to run 12.5s no problem with 4" BS or less. I had 4" on mine, and it only rubbed on the fender (due to tire size).
