Oh, and I came home from the post office to find my apartment door wide open. I almost stabbed the head maintenance tech cause he was looking through one of the boxes in my living room. He said, "I thought your thermostat was broke. It works fine for me." I told him it was repaired by one of the other techs, gave him the name and date it was done, and asked him when I gave him permission to enter my apartment.
