Thanks guys. It's really not that hard. It's more time consuming than anything. I would be than happy to help anyone that wants that wants to redo theirs. You're looking at about $90 for the fabric and 3M adhesive. I found my fabric (120" is what you need) on EBay and glue at Advanced.

Does any of the foam just fall when you're driving?

it used to a bit, but not anymore. Just have to try not to rub anything against it.

Still better than fabric hanging down

The hanging down problem was what made this happen. My old one was being held up by the visors and speakers. It was so bad that I couldn't see out the back window.

Tore mine completely to bare metal years ago. Cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Noisy too. Still better than a drooping headliner.

number of moving parts in the headliner = 0

number of moving parts in the 4.0 =

yet the headliner fails first. it's a 3M conspiracy, and jeep is in on the take!
