I used a drill to remove the rubber (could also burn them out with a torch), and a hammer/screwdriver to drive out the metal sleeve. To install them just use a bit of lube, get them somewhat started in the spring eye, then smack the spring end on the ground (concrete or other hard surface) to drive the bushing into place. Works much better than trying to press them in.

Change out the coil yet? I've seen them crack and cause misfire issues

Figured a press would make life easy. Ill try it your way though.
