I got a pair of these in the doors of my XJ. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_136TR60...CXi.html?tp=95

No complaints

Polk makes some weather proof speakers that can be found on ebay pretty easily

for example

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Polk-Audio-db651-6-5-Marine-Car-Boat-Water-Speakers-360-Watts-Pair-6-1-2-/301212504167?pt=Car_Speakers&hash=item4621aa1067
I run their separates up front and 2 way in the rear. Its not audiophile by any means but sounds pretty damn good.

Look at what's called the Frequency Response of the speaker. The higher that number, the less power it will take to push them.

I runs those in my rear sound bar. They do the trick. I run the off a ALPINE 3566 @ 35 watts so the wattage is a bit lite but they don't distort till well above normal listening volumes.

I'm liking this, not sure how much room is under the seats though.

I have the Infinity Basslink in the XJ and it's awesome, but it's also a little safer in there too.
