I just worked out a deal for a set of jk rubicon front and rear axles. Lockers shafts and 4.88 gears. Front is sleeved and has a trust. Going to be a good project for awhile.

Comanche needs to get gone if anybody is interested or knows someone who might be.

'88 Comanche longbed
4.0L
AW4
Line-X in bed
Good tail lights (I sold a set on CL last year for $100)

Includes:
JCR front bumper (welds need cleaned up)
JCR DIY rear bumper (not welded together)

No axles, no bench seat, no interior trim, broken TC, punctured gas tank, damage to passenger front frame rail, no front fenders

Asking $250 picked up. If nobody buys it this week, it's getting scrapped

First off, I hate gravel driveways. Next time I'm getting a sheet of plywood to lay on.

Second, screw the engineer who thought the oil filter adapter was a good idea.

In other news, the new starter is finally on and the OFA orings have been replaced. Its a horrible oily messy job.

I have the t-60 tool to do the OFA, if you want to borrow it lemme know.

Anyone know of a place locally that will steam clean the bottom of my engine compartment? I've replaced most of the leaky bits and want to see if my rear main seal leaks. Right now its impossible to tell old leaks from new.

I don't know of a place, but engine degreaser and some shop towels will take care of it pretty easily.

The bottom 1/4 of my engine bay is beyond degreaser and shop towels. Its been leaking a long time, every nook and cranny and crevice is coated in oil/grease/grime. The trans is coated, the axle is coated, etc.. it needs a proper steam cleaning.
