good point. definitely gunna look into that. we did get one really smart ***, skeptical cop that started getting sarcastic with me. i tried to go back to the house to get some paperwork that we had as evidence, and he pulls me aside and says " why are you trying to go back into what you claim is such a " volatile situation ", just go with your friends and get out of here " this pissed me off so much, i started yelling " because if he shoots me, you shoot him! thats why! ".....oooh i wanted to smack him around something fierce.

thanks.

i actually do have somewhat of an update. after realizing he didnt take the cats with him, we broke into the part of the house he locked, to rescue the helpless pets ( tack on an animal abuse charge what they finally nail him ) and discovered his drivers license and a little white card with his plans written down on them. " eviction notice, blood pressure meds, motel for 30 days, 30 days at hotel, restraining order "...hes running, staying at a motel than a hotel for 60 days til things die down a little bit, evicting us, and getting a restraining order on me....all under a false identity. he knows how to and has the ability to make fake ids, and left his real id here...yeah, hes running.

I understand that they have a crappy job to do these days, just don't let them tell ya "Our legal dept won't let us do this or that" bullcrap. I ran into a situation earlier this year with Baltimore County Police Dept, they tried everything to get out of the job at hand. My attorney threaten lawsuit, and the Judge issuing the order called the precinct in order to get them to enforce a Cecil County Order. State Police were even worse! Also, do you have a written lease, or verbal. That will make all the difference in the world....

lol, i know right? you shoulda seen it yesterday, it was like a scene straight outta COPS, it was a standoff, they had the road blocked off, we were escorted to the bottom of the street out of firing range, cops were running everywhere doing perimeter checks, it was nuts. then again, i guess thats what happens when your drunk, psycho landlord slams a door in a cops face after she tries to talk to him, and has the warning of " he has a loaded gun in his house "

sounds good, ill definitely do that.

this could turn out wonderful, he has a trust with all his money and his house, if he dies, my wife gets EVERYTHING. im pretty sure there has to be a legal loophole where incarceration, and/or fleeing police custody defaults that trust. if this turns out well, yall are invited over for a party, lol.
