Cough, cough. Time to go to sick call and get 48hrs quarters. Just kidding, as a retired senior non com I would never recommend that.

And they wouldn't let me stay on quarters. they didn't let me when I rolled the Jeep; they won't let me due to cold weather.

Besides some rain, it should be nice this weekend. Temps are on the way up.

Different :/ otherwise I would use stans. I'm going to replace it with one at advanced auto. Then repair the crack in the old one.

Wait, you got the jeep running and didn't tell anyone!?!

wtf

Also i got a new battery for free thanks to the warranty. Something must have come loose inside of it. Back up and running perfect - started right up this morning

Anyone going to Rausch in February. I'm going to custom creepers event on the 7-9 there. Didn't know if anyone else was going. Don't want to get a hotel room by myself since the gf isn't going. Adults only too guys

I dropped the transmission 2 weeks ago and swapped The bellhousing with one I bought from CPO. Replaced the CPS and was still having intermittent problems. Turned out the CPS which I bought from the dealership was bad.

So now that its running again I can get back to maintenance items. Need to head to Meade to swap rear diff shims and replace valve cover gasket this weekend.

Next up is axle side control arm bushings and drag link.

Everstart MAXX Battery?

IIRC Everstart, Duralast, and Diehard are all JCI batteries so they should be essentially the same.

No matter the brand good rule is to not go for the cheapest/bottom of the barrel variant - so the MAXX, Gold, Platinum etc etc are probably good choices
