I just spent two hours between Sears and Lowe's, and my last attempt (Kmart) has everything I was looking for.

As a bonus, I just watched a guy back his minivan into a cart chorale, and everyone in the parking lot laughed as he drove quickly away.

Good news: Fuse is blown. I lit up the light bar with leads to the battery, no problem. Pulled out the fuse and looked real close to find an itty bitty scorch mark.
