So I'm still trying to diagnose Jeep. It's not CPS or coil, I can hear the fuel pump prime, I've swapped the ASD and fuel pump relays and still have no spark.
I need professional help. No CE codes because battery was unplugged and so my scan tool is useless.
The manual says to check the ignition control module and the coil pick up. I don't have an ignition control module tester and I don't think the 99 has a coil pick up. I think they are referring to the stator or camshaft position sensor but I don't know how to test that.

My advise is honestly to go to Oliver if you cant figure it out. More problems will arrive as the jeep sits, doesnt run, and doesnt move under its own power. I understand you like to work on your own vehicles like everyone else here; however, this has been over a 2 month battle. So pretty.

I will have to agree with this statement. But that doesn't solve my problem. How can I figure out what to do next. How can it eat ICM and stator (camshaft position sensor). I can't drive the vehicle to a shop it must be towed so if I have to take it somewhere I need to either make sure they have the proper test equipment or work fast swapping "known to be good" parts in to diagnose it. It's the holidays and I'm trying not to spend a fortune. I could buy the parts and swap them in myself but I don't like throwing parts at the Jeep without knowing the problem.
