So I've come to terms where **** just has to happen to me.

So for the next (2) months I have to find a new apartment cause the city is pretty much kicking me out since my land lord "voluntarily" accepted a buy out that the city is doing. Any house that's located in certain flood from Sandy, the city is buying them and going to level everything and let nature have it. SOOOoooooo, now I have to apply and jump through hoops to maybe get some kind of help to get a new place cause 2 months to find a new apartment and the time ill have to take off work to do all this. **** NY and the government.

Seriously, I wonder is when Obama said "no Red Tape" what was going through his mind

When they level everything, go back and drive thru it all. They're trying to make more ORV trails.

lol. Seriously, this plan is so fast thought out by the city. We had no crop fires or floods this year at all. one storm and they went nuts with this idea.

Worst part, next year I was going to start looking for houses in jersey. now I have to see if signing a year lease with affect these plans. what is a man too do.

Don't sign a year lease. Just find someone with a place to rent. Month to month basis.

Hmm I'd like to see how that ends up. The damage to the environment is already done. Letting nature come back won't do much.

Oh, their plan is to destroy, a second time, the lives of the residents here so it benefits the people for inland. This is strictly "Voluntary" but if people choose not to take the buy out they will be around as the bull dozers come in.

When I lost my apartment the first time I had to jump through hoops of flame to get a loan to buy my **** back, now again we have to jump 1 year later lol
