getting ready to make the jump to 220V myself. I destroy my 110V doing bumpers and such lol Hobart has a nice dual voltage so I can plug into 110 and dial down for my sheet metal repairs and such and 220V for up to 210 amp for the bumpers and cages.

I may be looking for a new one too. My boss turned sciencetologist and is not acting rational. Hell, he owned this company for 16 yrs and needs other ppl to tell him how to run it

Ha, you are kinda wrong. There's advisors yes I know that but this person pretty much makes decisions for a construction.company and they have no construction experience
