Any bears or mocks?

Were you on the AT?
Well phil, I must say it was completely amazing and breath taking. The mountains there are much higher than are little Maryland mtns. I was at dolly suads in wv. That's not how you spell it though lol.
Ran into one black bear while peeing and a few copper heads while taking a dump. Saw three amazing views. Total I hiked about 20miles. Not that much, stayed and absorbed several views. Also got rained on heavily one day. Didn't even gear up in the rain, all I wore was the biggest smile. Spent every night under the stars. Basically survived on ramen and oatmeal.
Honestly extremely happy and have no regrets. It was exactly what I needed.

When I was younger I used to backpack there in the snow. Its beautiful. In the snow it looks like Alaska.

Soda are definitely a beautiful place. Glad you got to clear your head some.
Sorry to read that your dad took Barney for the final ride while you were gone. Did you know that was happening?

That's how he got his, from an auction. He was a marine so I guess he was allowed to have it. Used to during hurricane sandy to rescue ppl in 8ft deep waters. Water was just up to the intake

Very clear.

What do you mean? We pulled the drivetrain out. I'm probably dragging him to crazy rays tomorrow.
