Well....that was not fun.....I will NEVER EVER do a "for votes" contest again. THAT was ridiculous.
Is anyone going to Mt Airy Crazy Rays? I need that sunroof out of the XJ (Yella, still got that sawzawl?), but do to situations and picking up my Jeep today, I have no time. But Shirley needs it...the favor would be for him.
The results of the contest were favorable....details Monday.
I may take a break from all this for a while....that was all a little disenchanting.

I'm cheap too, if I can find a discount on something that is usually more expensive or if I can win it I will always jump in on it, if there's ever anything like this again I want to be a part of it,
On a different note I actually installed one of my own parts yesterday, now I just gotta have someone to help me test it

So autozone pissed me off earlier. I go there to buy seafoam and washer fluid. Three techs working. 2 of these techs are installing batteries in people cars. Like really, you own a car an can't change a battery. I was like that once, then I owned a car so I learned. The 3rd tech finished with his customer and walked away from the counter to look for something and didn't say nothing to myself and 2 other customers. So there we are just standing in line. Got so annoyed waiting that it didn't even pay to tell at the ****s, would have had to wait longer just to do that. Had to put everything down and walk out. Moral of the story, people who own cars need to learn how to tend to them themselves. Nuff said
That for the majority is untrue. Its better to say that they are service writers. But then again, I can only speak for my store. 95% of the time if you aren't looking for a super rare piece for a '55, we can take care of it.

On another note, I saw someone catch their car on fire with starter fluid, and a 99 xj came in overheating, with no coolant in it, but no evidence of it leaving either. Weird.
