This pic and one you showed earlier makes it look like your toe is off.
I had the same issue and when I took it to Jon the one wheel didn't even show up on the meter. Is it just the angle on the photo or are your front wheels out a little?

Welp.. I checked my fan clutch this morning after driving home from work. Even after 15min at highway speed the fan spun freely. Time for a new clutch.
