Should have measured the rotors to see if you needed new ones. If they're grooved or pitted you may feel a shake.

The old ones were grooved real bad. My brakes also squeal really bad now.

Took out my front DS and that caused my vibrations to go away, but i still have a sort of shimmy in the front end.

Speakers are a tough call trying to find a balance between sound quality and level of pissed off if water floods the doors. I figure 2 bills is a good middle ground for separates.
