Scottsdale, AZ.
1. 334 days of sunshine a year.
2. Endless outdoor activities any time of the day outside from September to May. I also enjoy hiking, and if you go early enough in the morning, you can do that year round. Lots of lakes within 30 minutes.
3. Golf
4. International airport with cheap flights to most parts of the country.
5. Every restaurant you can imagine.
6. Clean and spacious.
7. Professional sports teams. Diamondback baseball in the spring/summer/fall, Cardinals football in the fall/winter, Suns basketball in the winter/spring and Coyotes hockey in the winter.
8. Easy commutes with decent traffic.
9. Cost of living. Taxes are low, groceries are affordable and buying a home is reasonable compared to other large metropolitan areas.
10. Positive economic climate.

I'm sure they turned out great.
not bad. Check this one out.
sucks dude. Thanks for the pics though.
Me too. Can I buy the front of your unibody?

Check the relay. Thats what my issue was. Try it with the AC instead of waiting for the jeep to start over heating.
Not a bad idea.
Why does your jeep reach 220? It isnt even that hot out yet...
Not a bad idea, just remember to turn it on. Lol.
Hows that for a multi-quote Mark?

coralville is pretty much nothing but cookie cutter homes, strip malls, and one really big mall (by iowa standards) that they're proud of for some stupid reason. it's a breeze of a commute to iowa city though.
i'm quite sure iowa city would smoke any other on the list in most measures of quality of life, unless you NEED pro sports. however, i'd put the college football gameday atmosphere up against the skins/ravens no problem. and if you're left of center politically, you'll be right at home thanks to the u of i.
chicago is a little over 3 hours if you get the itch to go to a real city. you would be hard pressed to find a more suitable place to raise kids. i'd move there tomorrow if i had a job lined up and if i made what i make here, i'd live quite well. if you like mountains you're screwed though. lived there, well iowa city, for 4 years and some change so i might be a lil biased though.
corbin, ky looks like a cool location on the map but probably won't come close to the public schools in iowa. cost of living is probably a wash with maybe a slight edge to the kentucky folk.
it would be my second pick.

I have often times wanted to leave MD because of all the taxes, the high cost of living, and I just dont like it here too much.
But I will probably never leave MD because of my family being here and my friends too. I probably wont even go more than an hour from Rosedale. Oh well I guess.
