I just had my permanent profile revoked, and I'm on recovery for two more months. I failed pushups by 8, passed sit-ups at the minimum of 50, and I ran a 15:39 two-mile on a new route with hills. I did better than I expected.

I won't be attending your bachelor party. We have a M&G on the 25th.

 

considering how you eat, not too bad at all I'd say, lol.

I average 3k calories daily, and I live a completely sedentary lifestyle. I'm gonna be one huge son of a ***** when my metabolism slows down.

 

Ask me how I know.....

 

A calorie thing I did in Health class last month said I was supposed to have about 2700 calories a day. I was like i would have to eat as much as possible for 3 meals a day and a snack or three. 3k is a lot.

I'm "supposed to eat" around 1800, but realistically I have a great metabolism that's just starting to slow. I've been clogging my arteries for two decades, though, and I have no plans to stop. I probably won't need to worry about my weight very long.

 

yeah....i never had a fast metabolism. right now I'm actually skinnier than I was all throughout middle and high school.

yeah, might want to at least start cooking some food


anywho, I need to start finding my clothes for work, clean the jeep up more, and then go to work. work my old job 11-1:30, then new job 2 to 9.

lol, well forgot it was raining out. so I'll wait to finish cleaning my Jeep until tomorrow.

also, I got some water/mud in the back. stinking up the inside. i don't like it. going to try and clean that too, and going to use some of that foam spray stuff to fill up my cancer hole spot so the water doesn't come in anymore. not ready to pull the carpet just yet
