I need to swap axles before I go wheeling again. No rear brakes, and I don't wanna stretch my soft line with vice grips on it.

Ok, trying to sort out bump stops for the rear. Going with the DPG kit but should I do 3.0" or 4.5" daystar poly blocks? Basically trying to bump 35's and will need to be compatible with a 8.8. I think 3.0 should be adequate.

Test it out. Measure fully stuffed and order bumpstops slightly longer.

You want both no rubbing, and your shocks not bottoming out.

If I had the measurements for axle to top of tire, axle to wheel well and then axle to unibody I think I could figure out what length was needed without trying to find a RTI ramp. Sound rational?

If you are going with the DPG kit...go 3.0 and then stack on the DPG as necessary since they are adjustable....
