And the fourth pic down is still bothering. What is that hollow tube, and why is there expanding spray foam at the bottom of the shock?

Scott, had a couple of my latino brethren in the neighborhood swing by and ask if they could have those heavy *** radiators that were sitting in my driveway. They told me that they had been stopping by every two hours since 10:00 checking to see if I was home. My back thanked them as they left. I was not looking forward to loading those up by myself and hauling 'em to the scrap yard on Saturday. I think they're worth about $5.

Sweet. Any other plans for Saturday? I am now free all day. Were they the same ones in that red truck that was driving by last I was there?

Nah, different crew. Still need to hit the scrap yard and sell some copper but after that I'm free.
