Guns had nothing to do with the mass shooting....they were only the tool chosen.
This is much more about deeper issues. Healthcare, mental health and recognizing warning signs.
The gun is not at fault itself.
I DO, however, believe in limiting magazine sizes for civilian use...but that is just my opinion...and I am familiar with both sides of the argument.

you are allowed 4 lights to be forward facing and on at any given time, and there are specific height min and max from the road surface to the center of the light. anything above 42" are illegal
(c) Auxiliary driving lamps.- Any motor vehicle may be equipped with not to exceed two auxiliary driving lamps mounted on the front at a height of not more than 42 inches nor less than 16 inches above the level surface on which the vehicle stands. The provisions of § 22-222 of this subtitle apply to any combination of headlamps and auxiliary driving lamps.

This is why I like the Carr Rota-bar. They are not forward facing when in the down position.
