Moving sucks. Its been a long day, but unsuccessful for myself: no carpet(50 year old tile), not finished painting the paneling, no outlet or light switch covers, no cable in my room, 1 30 year old table lamp.
College park, I've been with passt to a few gatherings. So of you may have meet me but don't remember. No Cherokee at the time lol. I will be mudding around Bowie very shortly.

You need to transfer over to a unit that doesn't really care about uniforms and shaving.
Easier said than done though, out of all my years only 1 deployment was I attached to a unit that had "relaxed grooming standards" and no assigned uniform.
Even though I wasn't one of "them", the command treated everyone equal.
