LCAs, yes. Don't put spacers on a 3.75"BS wheel. That's asking for trouble. And if you're still rubbing, adjust the steering stops. Or get full widths.

Understood it....but the plate cover is not tinted....you keep saying tinted...he pulled him over for a CLEAR one!

Maryland law prohibits any cover on the tag, clear or otherwise. Even those tag surrounds could be considered illegal in maryland if the cop wanted to be a real hardass.

Vehicle code 13-411 and 13-411.1

It would appear that all other MD issues were solved if license plate covers are what keeps them up at night.

so after a few months of the inside of my heep getting rained on i found some plexiglass and made a window... once i get some mud on it it will blend right in
