I was sitting in that same spot a few weeks ago at the boat show. Great picture showing the storm surge. The high water is blocking the storm drains that empty into the bay which is going to cause some issues.

Just got home from work and sandy finally strikes. I have no power. Not so much as a flicker during the storm, but now no power? Wth? Hopefully the power company is just working on the lines and it will be back up soon.
