Can I fit 33s duratracs on my jeep with only a 4.5 lift ? Or would I have to trim my fenders ?

you need to trim, but not that much. I have the same specs

nah front is at ~6" until I trim the spacer or replace the spring. Back settled out to exactly 4.5"
