On a side note we're having an issue with Bubba's XJ. He was driving it the other day when it just died on him. CEL came on and it threw 2 codes for coil packs A and B. We've tried another coil pack and verified that we are not getting any spark. I don't know **** about distributorless ignitions so where do I look next?

Well, my sister lives right by Six Flags. Upper Marlboro IIRC. prolly be going to DC one day and we usually hit up Inner Harbor one night.not totally sure yet. As far as moving, i work in online computer hardware sales now, but my real career path was service manager/asst manager so anywhere near a lot of dealers (was Subaru for yrs but ill be looking into goin Jeep of course) is where ill probably land. and driveable distance to my sisters/nieces will be a necessity as well. XJ driveable, bad MPG's and all, lol

Check for any of the female leads on the XJ end of the connector have gotten pushed through, and out of, the OBDII port. had the same trouble w my *cough cough* Saab. it was just one wire, but was pushed so there was no connection. just reseated it and opened the gap up a bit. never found why it did that.
