I'll post up pictures to see what everyone thinks.
Off of Crazy Ray's website:

Rear Hatch Assm. Van or APV.......................... 64.98 ...........2.00

I have done my fair share of bodywork and from what I am seeing I would replace it.....looks like it is creased all the way up to the glass.
I would take the glass out of the old one and put it in the JY one...if you can find one that color.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I'll keep driving it until I find a hatch in the right color. Or I'll get lucky and find a body guy that can do the work for under 200.

Hey Birdman,
Here's a few for you. Climbed out my jeep, and there was 2 of them in the trees above me...

I appreciate you trying to get ahold of that guy. He most likely sold it already.

Alright, after talking with Dukie I'm going to pull the trigger on a HD SYE. I'm having a hard time deciding based on reviews and quality. Anyone want to give their opinion? They are very close $ wise, I just want to choose the best one for the $. If anyone knows of a cheaper place to get any of these let me know.

PORC $175.88 shipped
Rugged Ridge $159.00 shipped
Advanced Adaptors $224.00 shipped

Had a good time on my way home. Took the long way--a "shortcut" down a dirt road that actually adds several miles to my trip. I'm just glad the road turned to pavement when it did, cause I would've swung right around that corner and into a tree if there wasn't so much friction. Ah well, it was fun. then as soon as I hit the highway, a state trooper clocked me at 85, so I took the first road off and drove up 3 miles on back streets before re-entering the highway. Can't beat em every time, but it sure is satisfying when I do
And I rolled 150,000 this morning!
Tomorrow I'm headed down to VA again to get my new new springs. Anyone need anything while I'm there?

Oh, and in other news, I came home from work to find my thermostat set at 77 degrees. I keep it at 66 cause I'm having issues with the power company. I warned her not to touch it again.... Now it's set at 60 and I locked the removable faceplate in my gun box.

I have plastic leaf spring liner left over from my bastard pack build for sale. It's dual lipped "H" liner, 2.5" wide.

For reference I used 18' for my 4 leaf pack including waste, full length.

$43 for 25 feet (actual 25'-8" +/-) shipped / $38 picked up.

PM me for paypal information and to reserve a roll.

What exactly does the liner do? Make your springs quieter? Or make them slide against each other easier for better flex? Once you go through a mud hole and get dirt and mud packed in there won't these just get all packed with debris?

slide against one another for better flex. I thought about the mud thing also, so I cut the channel off the one side, and plan on mounting them with the remaining channel down so water/mud can escape.
