My question is how much is it going to want to rock forward and back toward and away from the lift gate with having no triangulation on the hoop. I havent bent anything yet just curious if I need to rethink before I bend a bunch of pipe

Something similar to this but the tire will be as far toward the spindle as possible
Why not use .250 wall 2x2? No bending needed. Make the frame for the Tire/Jerry can mounts more rectangle.

Wanted to be different, I mostly see square tube ones... There are many forrest green Xjs on 3.5 with soft 8s and cb mounts, there may only be 5 with round tube tire swings lol

Any help, thoughts, diagnosis would be appreciated.
Starts fine, runs, the motor just dies. Can restart immediately after.
