Seems like the ps3 and xbox at least have the option for more adult like games if you ever wanna play it.

I have a 360, I haven't turned it on in months. Big waste of money for me. I'd go with the ps3 simply cause I could use it for netflix with out having to pay for a Live! account like you do with the 360.
