I would definitely be in 1 Friday a month. We just need to nail down a date to start doing it. Maybe we could start working on throttle bodies too!

The biggest downside for me is they are too wide. If you use 8 lug axles you can use h2 wheels to suck your tires in a bit. For 5 lug axles it's hard to find wheels with a small enough backspacing for cheap. I was looking at Hutchinsons or Walker Evans but they are over $400 a piece. Width was the biggest problem with my old jeep. Next jeep will be built a lot different.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't actually searched to compare the widths; I was just thinking about COG after I lift. I did find this, and damn it's pretty:

That front bumper is interesting

The plan for my full widths was to narrow the front axle down to match the width of the rear. I believe in mine, there is a 4" difference from front to rear.

Hello Gang,
I've been very ill and barely able to get out of bed. I picked up XJ on Wednesday and was to sick too drive it home. Glad my daughter was available. It runs fantastic and I just need a few minor things to be done. I have pics so that my post will be legal
. I hope that all of you have been well and taking it easy in this heat and humidity.
