I can be a guinea pig and I can help you with your A/C.

I can only keep my new winch on the dining room table for so long before I will be forced to buy something else to put it on.

I'm about to do a 8.25 swap on my dana 35 that has cracked spider gears. SO! Did you need the driveshaft from the same vehicle? How hard was it? Any parts you had to buy that did not aline correctly???

Getting the drive shaft from the same vehicle makes the most sense. Pretty easy job if you have all the tools. Air tools make short work of the job. Get new u-bolts but thats about it. Everything fit together fine.
