you cannot just say **** it - it's a critical part of your suspension. It needs to be installed correctly.

I am thinking the TRE is not spun out enough. Only reason I can think he can't get it in.
Unless of course that is a 1 ton TRE trying to go into a standard hole.

it may be the tie rod. i cant seem to find any pdf instuctions on the his track bar.
and the reason i said that is because it is one of the main points why i got the double shear. stronger and was way easier for me to install.
