Jeep is a 1999. Has cap and rotor. Went through puddle and jeep died. Hard to start. Now starts, idles rough. Stutters if I hit gas.

Sounds like you need to dry out the distributor cap. In auto shop we used to use compressed air. I don't know what you have. At least take of distributor cap and inspect.

Mc, I'm sure when you come back you can find tan in any Crazy Rays...I've been looking for black and all i see is tan or gray
