I have a 600 watt amp pushing two 12s and 500watts pushing one 10. I tend to go over board. It's a four channel amp so you could use it for subs then eventually the front and rear speakers when you get better sub amp.

are you going bungee jumping in like a jungle place...idk, my gf went to australia last summer for a couple weeks and went bungee jumping wonder if youre going to the same one?! where in oz are you?

how long are you there for? not sure where all the stuff is but i think there's zip lines and stuff also where the bungee jumping is. her and her sister also went snorkeling in the reef, i thiiiink it was pretty cheap...ill ask her about it in the morning and see if she has any suggestions.
