thats fine. i can always use my working a/c if my windows crap out on me.

 

sometimes direct shorts or bad grounds will make it fluctuate like that. or what is more likely is a motor going bad or the regulator crapping out and putting a severe load on the motor

I totally understand your physical limitations. Does anyone have space for my xj until the swap can be done? I'm not sure if it's cool to do it in the current location. I've been making calls about getting it removed from Joppa but I need to know where it will be towed too.

That is really what we need.

We will have to get someone to pull the engine out of Tim's so it can go with your rig when it's towed. That HAS to be done onsite in Joppa. I know no other way.

Rob (Kuzi) has said he'll tow with a proper headsup.

Then we just need somewhere to take it for a few days while it gets worked on.

We need a volunteer driveway and a couple guys to go yank an engine.

yeah, well where we're going, we got a tractor that can pull us out, and nate will be with us as well.

well the guy that lives there is rob, not sure what his last name is. and his neighbors are watching out for it. so if you do go there, go to the house to the right of it, and make sure they know so they don't call the police or something.

as for the space. if you guys have the equipment and depending on how long it will take, I could ask my parents if you guys can use my place to do the engine swap. be easier for me towing as well.

 

if your free today, you should come up, even if you come later. itd be easier to use you for recovery than the tractor = D

lol alright. well my house is in forest hill, near bel air, and abingdon area. the farm is up in norrisville by the PA line. so quite a drive for most of you guys. but it's maybe 20 mins from trails road or so.
