i think im gonna try dukie's idea with the cowl snorkel if its the best intake. i may just wait and do a real snorkel.

as for intakes, I think the cowl snorkel that Dukie did is one of the best and a pretty cheap ways to do things.

can't see it. if its a big one, there's many other mods recquired before those can even come into effective use. a cowl snorkel is cheap and good enough

Hell I made it through that water and mine was the lowest one there. It got my alternator, but it didn't hit my intake. On the return crossing and on that long river we drove, I didn't have any issues at all.

well in the video didn't dukie hit a real deep spot compared to what you did (tim), and his isn't lifted at all.
