Yea very easy. 8 bolts and two small screws on the plastic corners. You'll need a ratchet extension, and a wobble adapter. The hardest part is removing the plastic trim piece on top of the bumper.

Ok guys my buddy hydro locked his motor for the second time so now he is looking for a motor to drop in anyone know where he can get a 4.0 ho?

It is for sale. The transom was rotten and the motor needed replaced. I yanked out the engine, gutted the transom and a section of the floor. Ill tow it to my boat yard hopefully this week and get things started. I already have all the wood cut, fiberglass materials, and a new motor and outdrive to slap in there. Just been havin trouble getting motivated.
