I'm tempted to do that to my black XJ. It's a good idea for clearance. I just need to come up with a way to move the filler neck and vent to the exterior.
And build an enclosure/storage box of some sorts to go around the tank

Was wanting to go with a fuel cell with more capacity, but have you seen the prices on 25-30 gallon fuel cells? Sheesh, too much

well. I have done a lot of driving today. 170 miles total, and still have over 1/4 tank left! spark plugs and wires I think have helped A LOT! now just need the O2 sensors....
that's much better gas mileage than i was getting. normally, well I used to get about that on a whole tank.
