Painter's tape and a can of VHT Nightshade. You can do it in 10 minutes. I wouldn't put on more than two thin coats, though.

for what,

on a serious note, theres quite a rattling, witch i would attribute to a heat shield rattling, but i can not find anything, and ideas what it could be?
