You need nut strips to go in the frame rail (JCR has them). The bolt size depends on the nut strip, not the hitch. The JCR ones come with bolts.

I don't have a tire, but I'm sure I could find one cheap for it. I'm just going to be using it as a full size spare since I only have a donut now, which probably wouldn't touch the ground if I put it on. (it's a full size donut for the stock size tires)
